Pinot Noir and dry Alsatian style Gewürztraminer along with good sparkling wine can be found in this off the beaten track wine destination. Anderson Valley provides visitors a stunning setting to tour and taste. Tasting rooms range from small family operations tucked up in the hills to resort like settings with table service. Boonville (pop. 700) is the heart of the region and has some limited visitor services. The Google Map displayed below shows how far out you are when visiting this area as only two wineries are in their system. Where you start if heading north, is at Yorkville Cellars which you can't miss and close by to Maple Creek Winery. All the rest are along the same highway and easy to spot with the exception of Esterlina which you will need to call and get and appointment and directions. Happy Tasting!
