With 10,000 acres of vineyards and over 60 wineries, the Dry Creek Appellation is loaded with tasting opportunities. Known for spicy “old vine” Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc the region also grows Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. On the west side of dry creek are dozens of wineries. Here is a sample of a few of the best along a 15 mile stretch of West Side Road. We have listed seven wineries but suggest you choose four or five to focus on. Check out their profiles by clicking through on their names.
