I think my all time favorite is the older Jordan Cabs. So silky and smooth.

Favortie wineries to visit are the family run joints where they really strive for perfection. Think Maple Creek in Anderson Valley, Pipestone in Paso, and Ortman family celllars in San Luis Obispo.
