Adler Fels Winery Description

Adler Fels Winery was founded in Sonoma Valley in 1979 by David and Ayn Coleman. The winery soon established itself as a producer of award-winning Sauvignon Blanc. Other brands Adler Fels have include,  Big Ass, Coyote Creek, and Leaping Lizard brands of wine. Currently there is no public tasting room.

As negociants, the winery has access and sources select lots from many vineyards and vintners in California, which are then blended, aged and bottled. David Coleman established the winery’s unique program of custom winemaking so clients could contract bottle their own proprietary wine blends and brands.

The winery's flagship wine is a spicy Gewurztraminer. The winery makes wines with a elegant, well-balanced and approachable style.
