Aron Hill Vineyards Description
The little yellow hideaway is along Morro Bay's Embarcadero where Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Primitivo, a dessert wine and a rich red blend can be sampled and purchased. The cozy tasting room and attentive staff provide a warm and inviting tasting experience.
Aron Hill is a small boutique winery with winemaker owner Judy Aron living her dream of creating award winning wines. Her hands-on attention to every detail from planting through harvest to fermentation has created some wonderful wines including a very drinkable fruit forward Cabernet Sauvignon with lots of pepper and spice. Try the estate Primitivo, the Vinho Doce Port or the well made whites.
The grapes are grown and nurtured on a beautiful hillside in west side Templeton Gap at the corner of Highway 46 and Vineyard Drive. Here there is the perfect blend of sun (and moonlight) producing excellent fruit for their wines.
