Asuncion Ridge Vineyards Description
Asuncion Ridge Vineyards & Inn is a beautiful 320 acre estate located on Paso Robles westside, just a few miles from the coast, at an elevation of 2,000 ft. The location is the perfect climate for our estate Pinot Noirs. Guests of their B&B enjoy luxurious accommodations with stunning ocean and forest views.
Currently you can taste their wines at their new shared tasting room in downtown Paso Robles.
Asuncion Ridge was established in 2000 by owners Philip Krumal and Michael Dilsaver.
Philip's wine making focus is producing small lots of ultra premium wines. His flagship wine in his richly flavored Pinto Noir.
Current production is only 1,200 cases per year, made up of about 500 cases of Pinot Noir and the balance of two red blends of about 350 cases each. The current release includes the 2006 Pinot Noir, 2006 Barrel Select Pinot Noir and Our current red blend "3 Sum" (a blend of Syrah, Cabernet and Zinfandel).
