Bianchi Vineyards Description
The winery is six miles east of Paso Robles, off Highway 46 and is surrounded by lush, well tended vineyards. Built in 2000, the tasting room’s modern architecture blends rock walls, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, wood floors and a warm inviting fireplace creating an attractive up-to-date wine tasting facility. The building has a covered outdoor patio with tables and chairs set alongside a small, manicured, waterfall-fed lake overlooking recently planted vineyards.
The impressive 13-foot entry doors open to an updated barn design, created by San Luis Obispo architect Steven Pults. Wine accessories, apparel and imported gourmet foods are available. “Heritage Collection” wines from adjacent estate vineyards include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Zinfandel. "Signature Selection” wines from local Central Coast vineyards include Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.

Surprise stopEagle12, Chicago Wow, what a pleasant surprise. this was our afternoon fill in stop and what a pleasant surprise. The tasting room and grounds are truly a work of art. The wines match the surroundings, 1 of the 4 in our group thought the wine was the best of our visit here at Bianchi. I purchased the 06 Barbera which I thought was lush. A truly surprising stop with some very solid wines across the board, i would stop again.

A very interesting place the tasting room itself is worth seeingWino, Los Osos Bianchi does a fine job with hosting visitors to their winery and tasting room. The day could not have been better. Their zesty Zin was just perfect and the Cab was rich and tasty. Prices were right on but I wish we could have taken a tour.
