Owners Jonathan Lachs and Susan Marks both have enology degress from UC Davis, and specialize in Zinfandel.
Lachs and Marks personally give tours of the winery and caves by appointment.

I was lucky enough to make an appointment to stop and taste at Cedarville. With the tasting also came a tour of the premises and the caves as well. The owners were very hospitable and extremely knowledgeable.
