Description

Churon Winery is perched on the southern hillsides of the Temecula Valley. There, owners Ron and Judy Thomas have created a modern Bed & Breakfast retreat within their chateaux-style winery. The 11-acre property has vineyards, gardens, and patios with lovely vistas of the region.

At the entry a grand circular lobby greets guests with brightly painted murals, a large fireplace, and a railing from which to look down on the expansive gift shop and tasting room below.

Seventeen wines are available in their generous tasting space, including the full range of California varietals as well as sherry, port and a sweet orange Muscat.

Bed, Breakfast & Wine
Lucy, San Jose
January, 2008

I decided at the last moment to stay at this vineyard/Bed & Breakfast and it was a wonderful decision. Despite the size of the place it is quite homely and made me feel very comfortable. I truly enjoyed this little retreat, it is a little romantic spot of relaxation and wine tasting. I would recommend staying at the Bed & Breakfast any trying any of the blends they were all wonderful.
