Dillon Vineyards is a small vineyard, located in the Yountville Appellation, south of the town of Yountville on the floor of the Napa Valley. This unique location has an exceptionally delicate micro climate for growing Chardonnay grapes.
The perfectly balanced fruit and acid structure of these Chardonnay grapes gives Dillon Vineyards the ability to ferment its grapes in the two classic vinification techniques: stainless steel and oak barrel fermentation.
