Jurgen and Marie Schutz are pleased to introduce to you DOMINARI. The Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot wines are an expression of their tastes and efforts for 11 years. Both as growers and winemakers their motto is "Quality Not Quantity." The 9th leaf vines used in Dominari are located high in the mountains on Atlas Peak in Napa, California. Their Gaudeamus Vineyards produces less than two tons per acre.
In Italian the name Dominari can mean a protected historical farmhouse, in Latin it means superior. The vineyards are nestled in a protected valley approximately at 1700 feet elevation.
