Jessup Cellars Description
Jessup Cellars is located in a storefront setting in the heart of Yountville (a couple blocks away from Thomas Keller's famed French Laundry). The tasting room, as well as a newly added winery in South Napa, specializes in handcrafted, small production wines and exceptional tasting experiences.
The tasting room is perfectly proportioned and free of excessive gift-shop clutter. The tasting fee is complimentary for groups up to eight (a rarity in Napa Valley). For those interested in a more intimate experience, the tasting room has an adjacent art gallery with private and semi-private rooms for parties up to twelve people.
Their flagship wine is the full bodied "Table of Four", a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Sirah. The wine has hints of raspberry, sweet cherry, boysenberry and earthiness with mint chocolate, cassis and cedar.

great little winerydawnahuff, pleasant hill My husband and I went to Napa for the weekend. Jessup was recommended by a friend so we went and checked it out. The people were great and so was the wine. it was the first winery I have been to that had all the right glasses for each wine. Left with there with a wonderful port and will be back in August for more.

Our Favoritekp, Coconut Creek I just spent 11 days in Napa with my husband and some friends. We visited 38 wineries. Jessup Cellars was my favorite. Bay was the gentleman who helped us with our tasting. He was knowledgeable and fun. That being said, the wines were excellent. They had several full bodied reds that we enjoy the most. We bought 6 bottles of wine from Jessup and are now home in Florida wishing we had more! They have a Cabernet that has smoke when you taste . It is the best in Napa!!

Fun little tasting roomsusanb32, Sacramento The tasting room staff can really make or break an experience, and at Jessup Cellars, the staff definitely made the whole experience. The tasting fee was complimentary, and the girl pouring let us try some wines that weren't even technically on the list. There were a couple small limo groups who stopped by, and it looked like they had a nice, private room for those tastings. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my many questions. Glad to see a fun place like this in Napa. Will definitely be back, plus I heard they're opening a new winery in South Napa. Will have to check that out as well.
