Margerum Wine Company is a winery run by winemaker Doug Margerum. After creating wine in Santa Ynez for over 10 years, he has brought his wines to downtown Santa Barbara. The new tasting room is located on Anacapa St. and Margerum Wine Company welcomes visitors to come taste their delicious assortment of wines.
In addition to running Margerum Wine Company, Doug Margerum also serves as winemaker to Happy Canyon Vineyards and is a consultant winemaker for CENT ‘ANNI. Margerum Wine Company produces small lots of premium wines sourced from top vineyards around Santa Barbara County. They currently produce three primary wines: a Sauvignon Blanc, a Syrah, and a Rhone Blend. They also craft variety single vineyard wines from Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, & Syrah varietals as well as small lots of Chenin Blanc, Riesling, & Rose. The dedicated staff of Margerum Wine Company makes the wines at our temperature-controlled facility in the heart of the Santa Barbara County wine country.
Margerum Wine Company wines are also available at high quality restaurants and wine stores throughout the country, as well as their tasting room in Santa Barbara. Their facility is also available for private events.
