Poalillo Vineyards Description

The new, stylishly rustic Poalillo Vineyards Tasting Room is the fulfillment of the family vision to provide a wonderful sensory experience for guests. For Poalillo visitors, the small vineyard, coastal mountain views, and a serene outdoor terrace coupled with inspired wines offer an authentic wine country experience often described as “Californian-Tuscan”.

The welcoming tasting room blends modern building standards and contemporary lighting with earthen materials such as reclaimed barn wood and metal.  Poalillo is best known for making exceptional Zinfandels plus other 100% varietals including Viognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah.

Poalillo wines take center stage in the tasting room. The friendly and knowledgeable team is enthusiastic to present visitors with small lot, fruit forward wines that bear the characteristics of the terroir of the estate as well as their vintages inspired by the unique characteristics coming from selected Paso Robles vineyards. Food Available.

Great midway stop on Vineyard Drive
Winequest,
Don't miss this place on Vineyard Drive, terrific Zin selections, but also a Viognier I thought was a terrific value. Great spot to get food, which isn't very available in the area. They didn't have music when I stopped in, but seems like they put on some good talent.

Jamming at Poalillo
Wino, Paso Robles
This winery sits back in a small valley overlooking nothing but vineyards and hills. They have two outdoor decks, a music stage, big giant umbrellas, a cool, stylish but rustic tasting rooms and some pretty nice wine to boot. The dry farmed Zin is very worthy and we also liked the dry rose, Viognier, Chard and Cab. Dave the co-owner, grower and musician was playing his acoustic guitar which made for a perfect afternoon of wine tasting. They also had neat little pizzas and other treats to eat. Loved this place.
