Enjoy Malibu grown wines with a few of the beach at this hip, stylish winery in the Malibu hills. The wines poured at their tasting room are from grapes grown in a scenic valley five miles from the tasting room, 1,500-feet up, above the coastal fog, in the AVA Malibu Newton Canyon.
30 acres of hillside vines are planted in this unique microclimate, where cool breezes filter into Newton Canyon in the evening, tempering warm, sunny days. Even with this boutique size, individual lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc are separately vinified and barrel-aged before blending. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Meritage, Chardonnay, Viognier, and their Surfrider line of wines can be enjoyed in some of LA's toniest restaurants, and some of Hollywood's top stars have sipped the wines at the estate.
