Satori Cellars Description

Satori Cellars gets its name from two sources: Sandy, Tom & Riley who own the vineyard and from the Zen Buddhist term meaning “a taste of enlightenment." Satori believes winemakers create better wines when they are intimately involved in the vineyard. The result, is handcrafted wine intended to awaken your taste buds and connect you to the wine world.

Satori has a special love for Zinfandel but also delight in making Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.  All of the wine is barrel-aged for at least one year using a combination of French and American oak.

So relax and come celebrate the journey at Satori Cellars.

Atticus,
Loved the Zinfandel and the family charm of the cellars. It had an altogether effect of a Zen-like ambiance
