Tamber Bey Vineyards Description

Established in 1999, Barry Waitte bought a 60-acre vineyard near Yountville and began his career as a wine grape farmer. The moniker Tamber Bey combines the names of the first Arabian horses that Mr. Waitte owned and raced - Tamborina and Bayamo.  The Tamber Bey estate is now home to several world-class Arabian horses.

In the fall of 2003, Tamber Bey Vineyards premeried with a limited production of 2001 Vintage Chardonnay, Merlot and a Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Within weeks, the production was delivered to various friends and family. With the enthusiastic reception, the distribution has expanded to various states all over the United States.

So swing on by to Tamber Bey Vineyards and have a glass of wine and get a glimpse of the beautiful horses.

Miss Merlot,
The private tasting was impressive, the historic wooden table is definately gorgeous. The arabian horses were truely majestic and the Cabernet Sauvignon topped off the trip to being completely wonderful
