The Tedeschi family has been in the Napa Valley for several generations. Eugene Tedeschi planted the first grapes on their Calistoga property in the 1960s. Eugene's son Emil moved to Hawaii in 1974 to co-found a new vineyard and winery, Tedeschi Vineyards in Maui, which has become one of the most famous wineries in Hawaii. The Tedeschi family moved back to the Napa Valley in 1991. Today, Emil Tedeschi is back managing the same property his forefathers owned and the Calistoga property has been turned into a single-grape vineyard. The family continues its small-scale winemaking traditions.
Tedeschi was sweet Ryan_S, San Luis Obispo Really liked the vibe at Tedeschi. You can tell they put a lot of dedication into their product. Tour was great as well.
