With more than 25 years of winemaking experience, Kerry Damskey is recognized on four continents for his acuity and focus in creating brilliant wines. Through his winemaking consulting practice, Terroirs, he oversees custom winegrowing, winemaking and vineyard acquisition. In addition to California and Washington, Kerry consults for wineries in India, China and Bulgaria.
Daisy Damskey began her professional career in wine public relations working with San Pasqual, Chalk Hill and Stuhlmuller wineries. In addition to raising a family she has professionally overseen several non-profits, including United Way and the Boys & Girls Club where she held executive positions and organized after-school programs. As proprietor of Palmeri Wines, Terroirs, Inc. and Damskey & Co., she builds bridges, manages finances and serves as creative guru.
The tastinig room is the hamlet of Gyserville. The space is a archetectual jewel with soaring ceilings, generous use of glass, red brick walls, curved concrete tasting counter and a dramatic fireplace. There is a courtyard in the back and a private indoor area for small gatherings.
