Transcendence Wines is a small, husband-and-wife run winery dedicated to making exceptional cool-climate Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from some of the finest vineyards in Santa Barbara County’s acclaimed Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Rita Hills winegrowing regions. They make their wines with care and integrity, in small lots and limited quantities, and in a style that embodies what they love about the grapes—their capacity for structure, nuance, complexity, elegance and ageing potential.

Transcendence Wines is also a winery with a purpose. Because they believe that wine has the potential to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, they support the efforts of several wonderful non-profit organizations by donating a minimum of 10 percent of their sales and an additional 10 percent of their annual wine production to these worthwhile agencies.

Transcendence Wines is proud to work with a handful of the finest Santa Barbara County vineyards to produce their small portfolio. These wineries include Larner Vineyard from Ballard Canyon, Lafond Vineyard from Santa Rita Hills, and Zotovich Vineyard also from Santa Rita Hills. Transcendence Wines promotes the philosophy that wine is a celebration of life and is present at all life’s big events: falling in love, a birth, a reunion.
