Twin Coyotes Winery Description

Twin Coyotes Winery and Coyote Moon Vineyards are owned and operated by twin brothers Steve and Stu Thompson. All of their wines are handmade in small batches made from sustainably farmed grapes.

They use their own grapes and purchase grapes from other vineyards that adhere to their standards and principles of sustainability: protect the land, protect employees; and protect the economic viability of the vineyard.

Signe Zoller is the winemaker. She is a highly acclaimed pioneer in the wine industry, not only because she works in a male-dominated industry, but because of her innovation and experience. working in Australia, and most of California's wine regions, where she has received numerous awards for her wines, including Best of Show awards at the California State Fair, the Long Beach, and the Monterey wine competitions.

Steve and Stu believe that wine should be fun. They often work late into the night, and often hear the local coyotes howling. Of course, they howl along with them. They want you to enjoy the wines, drink responsibly, and occasionally howl at the moon. After all, life should be fun.

Twin Coyotes Wines can be tasted at 525 Pine Street in downtown Paso Robles at the Zoller Wine Styling tasting room.
