Venteux Vineyards Description
The feeling of relaxation and tranquility awaits you at Venteux Vineyards. The winery is located on a ten acre estate within the Templeton Gap in the heart of the Paso Robles wine country.
A bed and breakfast get away is the first facility that catches your eye as you drive onto the property. The beautiful building has southern charm with a large wrap around porch with comfortable tables and chairs for both bed and breakfast guests and winery visitors to enjoy. There is also a picnic area located adjacent to the tasting room that provides spectacular views of the vineyards occupying the property.
The tasting room, which was completed in 2008 is just a stones throws away from the bed and breakfast and is consistent with the winery’s sustainable winemaking philosophy. The wooden barn was crafted utilizing earth friendly and reclaimed materials and the heavenly smell of fresh wood just emanates from every seam of the structure. The tasting room is warm, intimate and welcoming, and in addition to offering a variety of wines to sample, you also have the opportunity to peruse various gourmet items, shirts and books.
The wine maker utilizes grapes picked from the seven acre estate vineyard, as well as purchased fruit from the Paso Robles Region. The winery maintains a family run, hands on approach to vineyard management and focuses predominantly on the production of Rhone varietals. Be sure not to miss their Petite Syrah, and better yet, enjoy it on the tranquil porch where you cannot help but be overcome by an immediate feeling of total and utter relaxation.

Petite Syrah HeavenBrenJ, Long Beach Venteux is a bit off the beaten path, but that should only encourage those who love good wine. Friendly staff, a cute and small room, and one of the most adorable winery dogs around. They only do reds, which is just fine with me, and their Petite Syrah is amazing. The estate version is even better. We've stopped on two trips now and will make the winery a regular stop. Just thinking about the place makes me want to go get a rack of lamb to roast up and serve with one of their bottles. Yum!

I would like to stay heremonte, Bend This winery is definitely a hidden gem. We were visiting from out of the area and just stumbled upon this winery, and I couldn't help but wish that we had stayed there. Wonderful escape from reality and I look forward to staying in their Bed and Breakfast the next time I am in town.
